• • No refunds for partial months of service

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Miralenqovio against claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through the following procedures:

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms.

Upon termination, access to services ends immediately, and no refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice to subscribers. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of modified terms.
